Relaxmassage
- Technical approach
I approach this massage from a holistic perspective. In a gentle, sensitive and flowing way, I perform the treatment.
Smooth and flowing movements provide relaxation, stimulate blood flow and lymphatic vessels, boosting your immune system.
- Treatment
Although a relaxation massage is primarily intended to relax, I also briefly focus on pain points.
I apply gentle to medium finger pressure to the so-called 'Ashi points', this is done entirely according to traditional Chinese therapeutic massage techniques.
A process that may involve 'pain to gain'.
- Effectiveness
This treatment effectively relieves muscle stiffness and strain, reducing pain.
The gentle stimulation releases endorphins, serotonin and dopamine; positive hormones that reduce stress and increase relaxation.
The treatment also provides deep sleep and quality rest, which lift energy levels to a higher level.
- Follow-up advice
To maintain a good balance between body and mind, I recommend opting for this treatment once every two weeks.
This will also help you cope better with stressful modern life.
Good self-care at home between treatments can further enhance the results of the massage treatments.
